Schindler Aufzüge AG seeks a Senior Tagetik Architect to lead the CCH Tagetik platform in Ebikon. This on-site role focuses on consolidation, planning, and reporting within a global finance environment.
The company is looking for a senior professional to take ownership of the CCH Tagetik platform. This position plays a key part in aligning the corporate performance management roadmap with other reporting tools and ensuring the system meets global standards through regular benchmarking.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the CCH Tagetik platform, covering monthly close, consolidation, planning, sustainability reporting, and Global Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) compliance.
- Oversee solution design and delivery, guiding projects from initial requirement gathering through implementation, user acceptance testing, and final handover.
- Maintain an integrated Tagetik landscape that adheres to data governance policies and connects seamlessly with global ERP systems.
- Steer the continuous evolution and implementation of the CCH Tagetik platform to meet changing business needs.
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into a structured product backlog.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience with CCH Tagetik, particularly in consolidation, along with a strong background in designing and implementing CPM solutions.
- Solid finance expertise, with a specific focus on group consolidation under IFRS standards and performance management.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data landscapes, including ERP integration and data governance principles.
- Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs, metrics, and value drivers to support business steering.
- Fluent proficiency in English.

- Prior experience with Sustainability or Pillar 2 reporting within the Tagetik environment.
