Schindler Elevator seeks a Senior Tagetik Architect to lead the design and implementation of its Corporate Performance Management platform within the Group Finance team.
This position sits within the Global Reporting Solutions team under Group Finance. The architect collaborates closely with senior leadership, including the Group CFO, to shape the landscape for group reporting, consolidation, planning, and sustainability metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the CCH Tagetik platform, covering monthly close, consolidation, planning, sustainability reporting, and Global Minimum Tax (Pillar 2).
- Direct solution design and delivery, guiding projects from initial requirement gathering through to implementation and handover.
- Maintain an integrated Tagetik environment that adheres to data governance standards and connects seamlessly with global ERP systems.
- Coordinate the CPM roadmap with other reporting tools and evaluate the platform to ensure long-term strategic value.
- Oversee the continuous evolution of the Tagetik platform, including defining strategies for interfacing with global ERPs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience working with CCH Tagetik, with a specific emphasis on consolidation processes.
- Demonstrated history of designing and implementing CPM solutions.
- Strong financial background, particularly in IFRS group consolidation and performance management.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data landscapes, including ERP integration and data governance principles.
- Analytical approach with experience in defining KPIs, metrics, and value drivers for business steering.
- Fluent proficiency in English.

- Prior experience with Sustainability or Pillar 2 reporting within CCH Tagetik.
