Aufgaben

• Take over technical, financial, and personnel leadership of the heating / ventilation / sanitary service area.
• Manage daily operations including annual maintenance.
• Develop and expand the service area and realize new market potentials.
• Acquire customers and drive sales in the Chur / Middle Bündten market area.
• Promote and develop employees and design efficient processes and the associated organization.
• Work closely with branch manager and service manager Switzerland on strategic issues and represent the service area internally and externally.

Anforderungen

• Completed basic training in building technology (HLKSE), ideally supplemented by further training.
• Experience in leading employees and team coordination.
• Motivation to use scope for design and actively shape the further development of the area.
• Joy in building up, supporting, and further developing an experienced service technician team technically and personally.
• Strong sales flair combined with high service orientation.
• Confident appearance in direct customer contact, including occasional presentations.
