Diamond SA seeks a Technical Internal Sales Representative in Losone to bridge global clients and engineering teams, delivering precise fiber optic solutions.

This position serves as the primary link between international customers and internal engineering departments. The specialist translates complex technical inquiries into tailored fiber optic products, ensuring every connection adheres to strict standards for quality, reliability, and precision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical guidance and support to clients across the globe.
• Draft commercial proposals and manage the negotiation process through to final agreement.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from initial data entry and processing to tracking delivery.

Requirements

• Hold an HTL engineering qualification in micromechanics or a related discipline, complemented by hands-on experience in electronic or mechanical sectors.
• Demonstrate prior professional experience in a similar operational capacity.
• Communicate fluently in Italian, German, and English for daily business operations.
• Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities, collaborative spirit, and a customer-centric mindset.

• Familiarity with SAP R3 systems.
