Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-team programs, converting ambitious goals into structured, actionable plans.
• Collaborate with technical leads and product teams to define clear roadmaps for evolving initiatives.
• Ensure project progress by monitoring timelines, managing dependencies, and resolving obstacles proactively.
• Foster trust-based relationships across engineering, product, and external partners while holding teams accountable.
• Engage in technical details when necessary, reviewing requirements or implementing simple solutions to maintain momentum.
• Navigate uncertain situations confidently, making decisions that keep projects aligned and progressing.
• Contribute to improving the Technical Project Management practice by refining tools, processes, and collaboration methods across Daedalean.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects on time, balancing financial and engineering constraints.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including external contractors and suppliers.
• Background in aviation environments with exposure to certification stages such as PDR, CDR, and SOI.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, adaptable to fast-changing conditions.
• Technical degree enabling deep engagement with engineering topics and the ability to challenge technical decisions.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
