This position is designed for an experienced real estate professional seeking to transition closer to core investment decisions. The candidate will work within a compact, highly skilled team that provides direct access to senior stakeholders and substantial investment capital.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate acquisition and disposal deals.
- Oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial screening to final closing.
- Develop financial models, conduct investment analyses, and prepare valuation reports.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts across commercial, technical, legal, tax, and financial domains.
- Draft investment memoranda and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Negotiate deal terms with external advisors, counterparties, and financing partners.
- Structure and manage debt financing and refinancing activities.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, banks, legal counsel, and consultants.
- Track transaction timelines, budgets, risks, and key deliverables.
- Assist in portfolio strategy, asset reviews, and value-creation projects.
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging investment themes.
- Contribute to enhancing investment processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- University degree in finance, real estate, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of experience in real estate transactions, investment, acquisitions, corporate finance, or real estate advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage transactions from initial analysis through execution.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of real estate financing, due diligence, and transaction documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, rigorous, and comfortable working within a lean organisation.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and personal accountability.
- Fluency in French and English.
