The company seeks a Manager to lead the Upstream Supply Chain Planning Tech Team in Meyrin, Switzerland, focusing on manufacturing solutions and team development.
This position sits within Richemont’s Group Technology Product Domain under Operations & Services, specifically within the Manufacturing Product Area. The role is responsible for guiding a team of consultants to design, deploy, and support technical solutions for the company's manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Establish a technical vision and keep the project roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture and product strategy.
- Oversee a group of experienced consultants tasked with creating, implementing, and maintaining solutions for manufacturing environments.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver optimal solutions while fostering continuous learning of new technologies.
- Guarantee that all work adheres to established security and architectural standards.
- Manage budgeting and team capacity planning to address the needs of various manufacturing sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison for integration efforts with other internal teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or engineering background with a focus on supply chain planning and manufacturing.
- At least seven years of professional experience, preferably with consulting exposure, working within industrial production and IT settings.
- Proven track record in managing the complete lifecycle of manufacturing ERP deployments, from initial design through to ongoing operations.
- Demonstrated ability in collaborative leadership and coaching.
- Deep expertise in SAP PP, APO PP-DS, and ATP features, with familiarity in Anaplan and data analytics platforms being advantageous.
- Solid grasp of architecture design principles and integration technologies like APIs.
- Understanding of software development and customization processes within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Prior experience in team management covering design, deployment, support, budget oversight, and planning.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical details to management, colleagues, and external partners.
- Fluency in both French and English.
