URGENT Watches and Fine Jewelry Sales support intern

G&F CHATELAIN, a CHANEL subsidiary in Zurich, seeks a full-time Sales Support Intern for its Watches and Fine Jewelry boutique from August 1 to September 5.

The company is looking for a student to join the Watches and Fine Jewelry boutique in Zurich as a Sales Support Intern. This role focuses on assisting daily operations, managing inventory, and delivering high-quality client service that reflects the brand's standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with everyday store activities and operational tasks.
• Participate in inventory and stock management processes.
• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Present the brand's heritage and products to both local and international visitors with care and attention.
• Engage visitors by sharing the brand's universe and values.
• Support store performance by demonstrating elegance, humility, openness, and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in higher education.
• Must secure a credited internship placement (mandatory).
• Available for a full-time schedule (five days per week, including weekends) from August 1 through September 5.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Experience or comfort with stock management tasks.
