Arthur Weber seeks a field sales consultant for sheet metal work covering the Lucerne and surrounding cantons, focusing on customer consultation and business development within the REKAG team.

This position operates within the REKAG team, specifically in the building envelope division. The consultant is responsible for managing the Lucerne, Nidwalden, Obwalden, and Zug regions, acting as the primary point of contact for clients in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, solution-driven advice to clients regarding sheet metal and building envelope products.
• Maintain and grow the current client portfolio through consistent engagement.
• Proactively pursue market opportunities and respond to incoming inquiries.
• Manage the follow-up process for project tenders and price quotations.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales department to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• Completion of an apprenticeship as a Sheet Metal Worker or Roofer (EFZ certification).
• Strong understanding of sheet metal products and the building envelope market.
• Confident communication style with the ability to engage easily with customers.
• Personal attributes including reliability, resilience, teamwork, and professional conduct.
