Warehouse Operator

CTC Resourcing Solutions AG seeks a Junior Warehouse Operator in Visp to manage logistics for pharmaceutical production campaigns, ensuring GMP compliance and efficient stock control.

The company is a global leader in producing and supporting active pharmaceutical ingredients across chemical and biotechnology fields. This role focuses on creating logistics plans for specific production campaigns alongside the project team. The position handles the full logistical cycle of these campaigns, from material requisition to post-campaign stock restoration, while strictly following GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for project teams on all logistical issues.
• Act as the bridge between operational projects and central plant logistics.
• Manage inventory for project-specific and operational warehouses, including consumables, raw materials, and equipment, while maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Handle goods receipts, stock transfers, and dispatches for chilled items, ensuring the cold chain is never broken.
• Review operational processes and propose improvements that meet safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality standards.
• Assist with general tasks assigned to the support group.

Requirements

• Must be a Swiss or EU citizen with the legal right to work in Switzerland.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office software.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities, along with reliability and honesty.
• A proactive attitude toward optimizing existing processes.

Nice to have

• An FZ Logistics Specialist qualification.
• An EFZ in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology or Laboratory Technology with a focus on Chemistry or Biology.
• Prior experience working in production environments or laboratories.
• Previous exposure to the GMP sector.
