Procurement Master Data Specialist

CTC Resourcing Solutions AG seeks a Procurement Master Data Specialist in Visp to manage SAP supplier data, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards and supporting efficient purchasing operations.

The company is looking for a specialist to maintain accurate procurement and supplier master data within SAP. This role is essential for supporting efficient purchasing operations and ensuring strict compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and global teams to uphold data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update procurement and supplier master data in the SAP system.
• Coordinate the collection of supplier information to ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations.
• Track and implement Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs) in partnership with QA and other stakeholders.
• Ensure procurement master data facilitates accurate MRP planning and streamlined purchase order creation.
• Collaborate with local and global Procurement, QA, Supply Chain, and site teams to maintain high data quality.
• Assist operational buyers with daily procurement tasks and other assigned duties.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement data processes and promote standardized working methods.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant working/residency permit or possess Swiss/EU citizenship.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with SAP procurement and master data management, along with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, is preferred.
