WM Assistant - Greece Team (100%)

The company seeks a mid-level WM Assistant for its Greece Team in Zurich, supporting international client relationships and banking operations.

This position supports the Wealth Management Division's Greece Team, which is based in Zurich and focuses on international client relationships. The team includes experienced Relationship Managers, Advisors, and Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for client meetings and business travel.
• Process and track stock exchange orders, forex transactions, fiduciary arrangements, loans, payment instructions, and credit card requests.
• Oversee cash management.
• Support AML inquiries and prepare KYC documentation and updates.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and occasional meetings.
• Handle account openings and closing procedures.
• Maintain records in line with internal and external regulations, including portfolio reviews and compliance checks.
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing presentations, arranging travel, and assisting clients with banking and non-banking requests.
• Act as a substitute for other team assistants when needed.

Requirements

• A degree, diploma, or relevant banking apprenticeship, or qualifications such as CYP or CWMA.
• Prior experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant in the banking sector.
• Fluency in German and English at a C1 level.
• Strong ambition and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of a high-performing international team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction, particularly for clients in the Eastern Europe region.
• Motivated and hardworking personality, highly service- and client-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good priority setting, ability to cope with pressure and high volumes.
