CRM Assistant Private Banking South Eastern Europe

Bank J Safra Sarasin seeks a Junior CRM Assistant in Zürich to support Client Relationship Managers with daily operations, client account management, and compliance tasks for the South Eastern Europe region.

The company is looking for a professional to assist Client Relationship Managers based in Zurich with their routine activities. The primary goal is to ensure high-quality service delivery to the bank’s clients by handling administrative duties, account monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Relationship Managers with their daily business activities.
• Monitor and manage client accounts, including fiduciary deposits, overdrafts, payment support, e-banking access, and credit card services.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to CRM instructions.
• Help with standard procedures such as opening new accounts, conducting periodic KYC reviews, and performing internal client assessments.
• Communicate with clients regarding transaction processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML) rules, and MiFID requirements.
• Handle various administrative tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

• A university degree in Finance or a completed banking education.
• Initial professional experience within the Private Banking sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent command of both English and Turkish.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Avaloq platform.
• Additional language skills.
