Cryptonow seeks a Junior Finance Assistant in Baar, CH, to support daily accounting, compliance, and operational efficiency within a regulated crypto-fintech environment.
This position sits within the Finance Team and plays a key part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business growth. The role collaborates closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology departments to ensure smooth daily business operations in a fast-paced, regulated sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage routine finance and accounting tasks
- Record and process incoming and outgoing invoices
- Prepare and execute payment runs
- Review expense reports to ensure adherence to company policies
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Provide documentation for audits

- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in numbers and financial systems
