Assistant to CFO

The Swiss Biotech Association in Gland seeks a Junior Assistant to CFO for on-site full-time work. The role supports capital raising, strategic allocation, and operational excellence while reporting directly to the CFO.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this position concentrates on capital raising, strategic allocation, and operational excellence. The associate gains direct exposure to outward-facing finance activities, including communication with equity investors and lenders. The role involves working closely with the senior leadership team to drive the company's growth and sustainability missions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFO with tasks across Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Treasury, FP&A, Data & IT, and Corporate Finance.
• Develop business cases for the Group's organic development.
• Help manage cross-functional projects.
• Create a quarterly reporting format for investors and creditors.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the C-suite and Board of Directors.
• Draft presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in due-diligence meetings.
• Work on the valuation of investment opportunities.
