Assistant Portfolio Management

The company seeks a Junior Assistant Portfolio Management in Zürich to support the team with financial modelling, analysis tools, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid, family-friendly environment.

This role supports the Portfolio Management Team in Zürich by contributing directly to business outcomes regardless of seniority. The position focuses on financial analysis, tool development, and cross-functional coordination to aid investment decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Help build and refine analysis tools used by the team
• Conduct valuations and financial modelling for Swiss-listed firms
• Draft investment cases and research notes for smaller companies
• Maintain and prepare fund presentations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various topics
• Provide reporting and DDQ support to the Marketing department
• Organise meetings and record minutes for investment sessions and regular team calls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking and Finance
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French is advantageous
