Goldman Sachs Bank AG in Zürich seeks a Junior Private Wealth Management Analyst to support high-net-worth client relationships, manage onboarding, and assist with investment operations and reporting.

The Private Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs Bank AG focuses on securing and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations. Professionals in this area help clients build and preserve wealth through tailored asset allocation, innovative investment strategies, and a comprehensive suite of private banking and trust services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to support high-profile clients.
• Oversee the client onboarding process.
• Act as a liaison with Compliance, Legal, and Tax teams while handling daily cash management tasks such as wire payments, asset transfers, and journal entries.
• Maintain client accounts and approve trading activities for specific products.
• Present client reporting and web tools to prospective clients.
• Handle subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls for Alternative Investments, and address related inquiries.
• Support regulatory implementation projects and lead efficiency improvements within the division.
• Address ad hoc client questions and cross-cover Financial Analyst duties, including trading functions.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• A commercial apprenticeship in finance or a Bachelor’s degree.
• One to two years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting and maintain clarity under pressure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple colleagues and desks across the firm.
• High attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with others.
• Commitment to excellence and integrity.
• Completion of region-specific qualifications (CWMA Level 1 in Zurich) within three months.
