Goldman Sachs, Inc. is hiring a Private Wealth Management Analyst in Geneva for a full-time, on-site junior role. The position supports high-net-worth client relationships through account management, trade execution, and advisory coordination.

The Private Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs focuses on building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations. This role supports the team by helping clients preserve and grow their financial assets through tailored investment strategies, long-term asset allocation, and access to specialized banking and trust services.

Responsibilities

• Support client service and sales teams with new account setup, trade execution, liquidity management, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to address client needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Oversee cash balances and other assets held in client accounts.
• Handle cash payments and asset transfers.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including direct communication.
• Update account details such as contact information and risk profiles.
• Act as a liaison between the PWM business and other internal departments.
• Present client reporting tools and web platform features to clients.
• Execute, process, and reconcile market trades and investment transactions after completing required trading exams.
• Partner with Investment Management product groups to fulfill client requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent apprenticeship.
• One to three years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Collaborative team member with a positive mindset and strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Quick adaptability to different industries and business contexts.
• Self-directed with strong analytical and evaluative abilities to form independent judgments.
• Effective relationship-building skills with senior management and global stakeholders.
