Goldman Sachs Bank AG in Geneva seeks a Junior Private Wealth Management Analyst to support client service, account management, and trade execution for high net worth individuals.

The Private Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs Bank AG focuses on securing and managing relationships with high net worth individuals, families, and foundations. The team assists clients in building and preserving financial wealth through long-term asset allocation, innovative investment ideas, and customized strategies. This role supports Private Wealth Advisors by handling operational tasks, client account maintenance, and trade execution to deliver a full array of wealth management products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service management support and operational assistance to sales teams for new account implementation, trade execution, liquidity management, and ongoing client maintenance.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to address the needs of PWM clients.
• Oversee cash balances and other assets within client accounts.
• Process cash payments and asset transfers.
• Manage the new account onboarding process, including direct communication with new clients.
• Handle static account updates, such as contact information changes or risk profile adjustments.
• Act as a liaison to other areas supporting the PWM business.
• Provide clients with an overview of reporting and web capabilities.
• Execute, process, and reconcile market trades and investment-related transactions after passing relevant trading exams.
• Work with various product groups within Investment Management to respond to client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant apprenticeship.
• 1-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses.
• Ability to self-direct, analyse and evaluate and form independent judgments.
• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
• Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information.
• Integrity, high ethical standards and sound judgment.
