The Assistant Relationship Manager supports Relationship Managers in Zurich with daily operations, client care, and risk management within Private Banking. This mid-level role requires banking experience and fluency in German and English.

This position serves as the backbone of Client Relationship Management for the Zurich desk. The Assistant Relationship Manager supports one or more Relationship Managers and Team Heads by handling daily operations, administration, and client care. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service while helping the team manage and grow its existing client base.

Responsibilities

• Support the first line of defense by actively managing risk, including reviewing client documentation, raising concerns, following up on issues, and escalating matters when necessary.

Requirements

• Completion of a banking apprenticeship or equivalent educational background.
• Three to five years of professional experience in a similar banking role.
• Fluent verbal and written proficiency in both German and English.
