2026 Private Debt Product Management Intern

Stepstone is seeking a 2026 Private Debt Product Management Intern in Zürich to support business development, client service, and product optimization within a hybrid work model.

The intern will assist the Private Debt team with business development and product management tasks. The position requires collaborating with senior professionals to present investment products and service offerings to institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client service duties, focusing on improving efficiency through AI integration and automation.
• Conduct customer-oriented analysis, reporting, and monitoring tasks.
• Help optimize and develop marketing materials.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in quantitative finance or a related discipline.
• Available to work full-time for a minimum of six months starting this summer at the Zürich office.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI integration, large language models (such as Copilot), and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of business development and capital raising processes.
