AdOps Intern (f/m/d)

Awin AG seeks an AdOps Intern to support daily advertiser account management and operational processes in a hybrid role based in Switzerland.

This position offers practical exposure to affiliate marketing and operations. The intern will assist the AdOps team with the daily handling of advertiser accounts and related workflows, making it a suitable fit for individuals who are analytical, detail-focused, and keen to understand tracking, attribution, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Help the AdOps team with the daily management of advertiser accounts.
• Perform transaction validation and assist with monthly reconciliation tasks.
• Review transaction, validation, and tracking data to spot discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in investigations regarding validation, attribution, and tracking problems under senior guidance.
• Conduct account audits, quality checks, and operational reviews.
• Ensure account information and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Facilitate communication with clients and internal teams regarding operational requests.
• Support reporting activities and perform data analysis.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently completed studies in any discipline.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Interest in digital marketing, analytics, technology, or business.
• Experience with Excel functions and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with process improvement and automation tools like Power Query or Power Automate.
