Revenue Insights Data Analyst - Performance Marketing (f/m/d)

Awin AG seeks a Revenue Insights Analyst to drive growth through data analysis and strategic recommendations in a hybrid role based in Switzerland.

This position focuses on uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets to identify revenue drivers and growth opportunities. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategies that enhance business agility and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue streams, customer behavior, and market trends to pinpoint growth drivers.
• Build predictive models using statistical techniques to forecast revenue and identify opportunities.
• Monitor key revenue metrics and report on performance variances.
• Develop actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals to boost revenue across channels.
• Recommend improvements to pricing, marketing, sales, and customer experience based on data.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into revenue performance.
• Present complex data insights to stakeholders in an accessible manner.
• Update leadership on emerging trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Propose new data sources and methodologies to enhance analytical accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT to maintain data quality and integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or revenue optimization.
• Proven ability to convert data insights into strategic recommendations that drive revenue.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Fluent English language skills (C1+ level).
• Experience with A/B testing and reporting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM, financial forecasting, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience using AI or Machine Learning to optimize outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
