This 12-month fixed-term position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the internal communications programme, connecting colleagues across multiple countries. The role supports external communications, content creation, and brand storytelling, providing exposure to senior leaders and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement the communications strategy effectively.
- Develop engaging content that transforms business updates into compelling narratives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver work independently.
- Simplify complex topics into accessible and engaging communications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, internal communications, PR, content marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
- Experience creating content for different audiences and communication channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and editorial judgement.
Nice to have
- Experience working with international or remote teams.
- Experience in technology, digital, SaaS or online businesses.
- Exposure to executive communications, media relations or corporate communications.
- Experience using intranets, CMS platforms or communications tools.
- Experience measuring content or communication performance.
