ADTL/DTL

IQVIA AG seeks a Senior ADTL/DTL to lead data management services for clinical projects in Switzerland. The role focuses on team leadership, project delivery, and ensuring quality standards.

This position serves as the Data Team Lead (DTL) for IQVIA AG, overseeing the complete delivery of data management services across various clinical projects. The professional will guide the team through planning, execution, and finalization phases while providing specialized expertise to support overall project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle delivery of data management services for individual and multi-service projects.
• Offer specialized data management guidance and support to the broader Data Management team.
• Direct the team through project planning, execution, and finalization phases.
• Act as the Data Team Lead (DTL) for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define study setup requirements.
• Review and validate new device integrations.
• Conduct regular data cleaning activities and ensure data quality.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Lead internal study meetings and facilitate sponsor audits.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and database revisions.
• Collaborate with the programming team to drive process innovation and automation.
• Review and contribute to the development and maintenance of core operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of direct experience in Data Management.
• At least 1 year of experience as a CDM project lead.
• Fluent spoken English and advanced written English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes.
