IQVIA AG seeks a Senior AI Solutions Delivery professional in Switzerland to bridge client needs with technical analytics, leveraging real-world patient data and machine learning to drive strategic healthcare decisions.

This position serves as a strategic liaison between clients and technical teams, focusing on translating complex business questions into actionable insights using real-world patient data. Rather than engaging in hands-on coding, the role emphasizes defining use cases, overseeing advanced statistical and machine learning projects, and delivering clinically and commercially meaningful recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate client business challenges to identify suitable solutions, supporting proposal development and pitch activities.
• Lead the design and execution of complex analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, patient journey mapping, and healthcare professional targeting.
• Convert business requirements into analytical frameworks and present findings in ways that are both clinically relevant and commercially valuable.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, budget margins, and issue resolution for large-scale or intricate customer engagements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members directly within project environments.
• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Assist in creating roadmaps for the deployment of completed analytical solutions.
• Provide regular feedback to Product Owners to drive product enhancements and growth.
• Scope and implement new service offerings while establishing best practices for team-wide adoption.
• Drive internal initiatives such as process automation, standardization, recruitment, and team building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Six to eight years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage analytics projects and priorities to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Background in healthcare or life sciences, with a focus on developing strategic business cases for analytics services.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with senior managers and executives.
• Solid understanding of current trends and key issues within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to storyboard and simplify technical concepts for clear communication.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate qualification in life sciences, statistics, or a related field.
• Interest in generative AI or agentic workstreams.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting patient-level data.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Deep understanding of statistics and machine learning applications in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, or a strong desire to upskill in these areas.
• Ability to articulate and communicate complex analytical and clinical concepts effectively.
