Application Manager - Regulatory Reporting

Mirabaud seeks an Application Manager for Regulatory Reporting in Geneva. This mid-senior hybrid role manages the application lifecycle, from backlog definition to operational support, requiring fluency in French and English.

The company is looking for a professional to oversee the regulatory reporting applications used by both clients and the bank. The position involves managing the application's development backlog, ensuring feature coverage through functional specifications, and supporting operations during the run phase to maintain quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organize workshops and write functional specifications to cover all business use cases during feature creation or updates.
• Create test cases and define acceptance criteria for new developments.
• Manage maintenance requests and validate their feasibility.
• Maintain a transparent and clear backlog for all stakeholders.
• Prioritize activities and evolution requests in collaboration with technical teams and partners.
• Provide clear instructions to technical teams to ensure they build the correct functionality.
• Enforce security, data protection, compliance, and methodological best practices.
• Assist the Release Manager with planning and deploying deliveries.
• Participate in testing efforts and final acceptance of the application.
• Ensure application quality and provide training and documentation for users.
• Document deployment processes and facilitate the transfer from project to run.
• Define and execute recurring orchestration tasks.
• Contribute to resolving incidents and issues related to the application.
• Attend sessions requested by the Product Owner with development and operation partners.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Sciences.
• Technical expertise and functional knowledge in regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and work with minimal direct supervision.
• Strong leadership, empathy, and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Fluent proficiency in both French and English.
