Applikationsmanager/in IAM ALV

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain IAM ALV and actively contribute to its further development.
• Responsible for technology-driven developments of IAM ALV services and their lifecycle.
• Act as the first point of contact for new or changed requirements and questions regarding technical integration and dependencies of IAM ALV services.
• Lead small projects in the Identity and Access Management tool landscape.
• Advise and support customers as part of 2nd-level support, including handling and independently resolving incidents and service requests.

Anforderungen

• Higher education (FH, University) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in the IAM ALV environment.
• Several years of experience in Application Management.
• Knowledge of HERMES and ITIL.
• Very good active knowledge of at least one official language in speech and writing, and passive knowledge of a second official language.
