Associate Project Manager Director, Connected Devices

IQVIA AG seeks a Senior Associate Project Manager Director for Connected Devices in Switzerland. This on-site role requires 10 years of experience to lead complex programs, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The company is looking for a senior professional to direct and manage project portfolios or multi-project programs. The primary purpose of this position is to guarantee that all deliverables meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are completed on schedule. The individual will also act as the central liaison between project teams and other groups within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project management, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverable quality for assigned projects or programs.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring clear communication channels and strict adherence to reporting schedules.
• Create comprehensive project plans covering all phases and associated outputs.
• Monitor project budgets and scope, managing financial resources to align with company goals and enforcing change control procedures.
• Maintain accurate project management data and information tracking systems.
• Guide team members on project-specific tasks to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Assess potential risks and create quality and risk management strategies to protect project objectives.
• Verify that sufficient internal and external resources are available to meet project deadlines.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects.
• Contribute to RFP development and sales presentations by providing input on scope and budgeting.
• Offer technical expertise and project management guidance to other Project Managers and support training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ten years of relevant experience, with at least six years dedicated to project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering results that meet quality and timeline metrics.
• Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
• Solid team leadership capabilities.
