Roger Dubuis seeks an Associate Security Technology Engineer in Meyrin to deploy and manage OT/IoT security solutions for manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with Richemont Group standards.

The company is looking for a professional to support Richemont’s Group Operational Technology and Internet of Things security strategy. This role focuses on the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of security technologies within manufacturing and industrial settings. The position serves as a bridge between Group Security, business owners, and manufacturing teams to ensure security capabilities match operational needs and risk profiles.

Responsibilities

  • Implement OT/IoT security monitoring tools in manufacturing and operational areas, adhering to Group Security standards.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for Group OT security for Manufacturing entities, selected Maisons, and Group Technology platforms.
  • Translate Group OT/IoT security requirements into scalable and operable technology solutions.
  • Ensure security monitoring technologies remain reliable and functional while respecting industrial availability and safety constraints.
  • Manage OT/IoT security technologies within the assigned scope, maintaining compliance with Group policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in Group-level security initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for OT/IoT security technologies, including deployment guides and operational procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal stakeholders on using OT/IoT security tools in manufacturing.
  • Support the development of the OT Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Assist the CSIRT/FUSION Center during OT/IT incidents when necessary.
  • Manage or contribute to projects led by Group Security Technology, even those outside the OT/IoT scope.
  • Provide general support to the Group Security Technology team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT or technical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in technical engineering and operational roles.
  • Proven track record in cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in a multinational, global environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent command of English and French.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in OT/IoT security or systems, supported by relevant industry certifications.
  • Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
  • Familiarity with common OT/IoT protocols and standards.
  • Understanding of Cloud and Cloud Security concepts.
  • Exposure to industrial environments such as manufacturing or production systems.
  • Experience collaborating with plant engineers, automation teams, or industrial vendors.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English and French.
