Associate Security Technology Engineer

Richemont seeks an Associate Security Technology Engineer in Meyrin to deploy and manage OT/IoT security solutions for its global manufacturing operations, requiring strong technical skills and bilingual proficiency.

This position supports Richemont’s Group Operational Technology and Internet of Things security strategy by deploying, operating, and continuously improving security technologies across manufacturing and industrial sites. The role serves as a key interface between Group Security, business owners, and Maison manufacturing teams, translating strategic requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement OT/IoT security monitoring technologies in manufacturing environments, adhering to Group Security standards.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Group OT security within Manufacturing entities, selected Maisons, and Group Technology platforms.
• Execute the Group OT/IoT security strategy by converting defined requirements into operable and scalable security technology solutions.
• Ensure OT/IoT security monitoring systems remain operational, reliable, and compliant with industrial availability and safety constraints.
• Manage OT/IoT security technologies within the assigned scope, ensuring adherence to Group policies and industry regulations.
• Contribute to Group-level security initiatives on the OT/IoT technology track, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Maintain and update documentation for OT/IoT security technologies, including deployment, configuration, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and enablement to internal stakeholders and team members on the use of OT/IoT security technologies.
• Support the development of the OT Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Assist the CSIRT/FUSION Center during OT/IT incidents, if required.
• Manage or contribute to projects outside the OT/IoT scope, as directed by Group Security Technology.
• Provide general support within the Group Security Technology team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT or computer science.
• Hands-on experience in technical engineering and operational roles.
• Proven experience working on cross-team projects.
• Experience working in a multinational, global environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Excellent proficiency in both English and French.

Nice to have

• Proven experience in OT/IoT security or systems, supported by relevant industry certifications.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Familiarity with common OT/IoT protocols and standards.
• Understanding of Cloud and Cloud Security concepts.
• Exposure to industrial environments, such as manufacturing or production systems.
• Experience collaborating with plant engineers, automation teams, or industrial vendors.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English and French.
