Automation Tech Consultant UiPath (all genders)

Adesso Mode AG seeks a Mid-level Automation Tech Consultant for UiPath in Zürich. The role involves leading end-to-end process orchestration using Maestro, Bots, and intelligent Agents within a hybrid work model.

This position operates within the adesso Agentic Automation Platforms Center of Excellence. The primary objective is to drive end-to-end process orchestration by leveraging Maestro, Bots, and intelligent Agents to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consultation, implementation, and management of automation solutions utilizing UiPath components such as Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, and AI Center.
• Orchestrate complete business processes by integrating Maestro with Bots and intelligent Agents.
• Oversee the full automation lifecycle, including process discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop intelligent automation agents and coordinate end-to-end workflows using UiPath Maestro.
• Partner with stakeholders and business analysts to convert business requirements into scalable, maintainable automation workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice development.

Requirements

• A completed technical degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
• Two to three years of professional experience in process automation using UiPath.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and BPMN.
• Fluency in both English and German at a C1 level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and an interest in AI/LLM-driven process orchestration.
