B2C Payment Operations & Project Manager

Richemont seeks a Senior B2C Payment Operations & Project Manager in Bellevue, CH, to bridge business and technology teams while driving payment process optimization and project delivery.

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Group’s strategic roadmap for the transition to New Retail. The incumbent serves as the essential link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that payment operations align with broader corporate transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on B2C payment activations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
• Create and refine operational workflows for customer payments to improve efficiency.
• Handle escalated operational issues and serve as the primary point of contact for critical matters.
• Manage the review and signing of contracts with both internal departments and external partners.
• Maintain a central database for all contract-related information.
• Detect and resolve inefficiencies in global payment operations and contractual processes.
• Design and roll out streamlined workflows and industry best practices.
• Evaluate current payment transaction flows and recommend strategies to lower fees.
• Build and sustain a standardized framework for addressing B2C payment inquiries.
• Oversee multiple regional and global projects related to payment systems simultaneously.
• Collect business needs and facilitate design workshops with relevant teams.
• Act as the Business Owner for payment products, collaborating closely with agile scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Technology.
• Over a decade of professional experience in Finance or Business within multicultural, matrixed organizations.
• At least eight years of experience leading regional and global projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Minimum five years of experience in omnichannel B2C settings or Customer Payment Services.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven track record in agile project management.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP and various analytics tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Fluent command of the English language.

Nice to have

• MBA qualification.
• PRINCE 2 Practitioner, PMP certification, or equivalent project management credentials.
• Ability to communicate in languages other than English.
