B2C Payment Operations & Project Manager

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior B2C Payment Operations & Project Manager in Bellevue, CH, to bridge business and technology teams while driving payment process optimization and project delivery.

This position serves as a critical link between business units and technology departments, supporting the Group’s strategic roadmap for New Retail transformation. The incumbent will act as a business owner during product development cycles, ensuring that payment solutions align with operational goals and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for B2C payment activations, ensuring compliance with Group procedures and evolving regulations.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve customer payment operational workflows to minimize manual effort and bottlenecks.
• Analyze current payment flows to identify opportunities for reducing transaction fees and optimizing payment methods.
• Manage the end-to-end contractual review and signature process with internal and external partners.
• Create and maintain a centralized database for all contract-related data.
• Act as the main escalation point for critical operational issues within the payment domain.
• Lead multiple regional and global payment projects, managing dependencies, risks, and business requirements.
• Organize design workshops and collaborate with scrum teams throughout the payment product lifecycle.
• Develop a standardized support model to handle B2C payment operational queries efficiently.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
• Over 10 years of experience in Finance or Business roles within multicultural, matrixed organizations.
• At least 8 years of experience managing regional and global projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 5 years in an omnichannel B2C setting or Customer Payment Services.
• Strong proficiency in agile project management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and analytics tools.
• Advanced skills in data and analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Nice to have

• MBA diploma.
• PRINCE 2 Practitioner, PMP certification, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Proficiency in languages other than English.
