This position acts as the central connection between the Maison, the Customer Relationship Centers, and the Integration Teams. The role is responsible for driving the worldwide implementation of strategic tools and adapting new systems across regional markets to enhance business efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and implement new Customer Relationship Center systems and tools across various regional markets to boost operational efficiency.
- Manage the systems roadmap to guarantee smooth implementation and assist teams in navigating operational changes.
- Address technical and business requirements to enhance the client experience, utilizing data analytics and process optimization to develop actionable improvement strategies.
- Ensure that system users and ambassadors receive comprehensive training and remain aligned with all new initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in project execution, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Prior experience managing various systems and digital platforms.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on change management, supported by strong communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders and align diverse teams.
- Fluency in English.
