Customer Relationship Centers Project Manager (F/M)

Roger Dubuis seeks a Customer Relationship Centers Project Manager in Geneva to lead global tool rollouts and optimize client experiences through system integration and change management.

This position acts as the central connection between the Maison, its Customer Relationship Centers, and integration teams. The primary objective is to drive the worldwide implementation of strategic tools and ensure their effective adoption across regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and deploy new Customer Relationship Center systems across various regions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain the systems roadmap, guaranteeing smooth transitions and assisting teams during operational shifts.
• Address technical and business requirements to refine the client journey, utilizing data analytics to create actionable improvement strategies.
• Provide comprehensive training to system users and ambassadors, ensuring alignment with all new initiatives.
