Valiant seeks a Junior Private Client Advisor in Münchenbuchsee to advise retail clients on financing, investing, and retirement planning, with a clear path to transition into business client advisory.

This position focuses on providing comprehensive financial guidance to retail clients, covering financing, investment strategies, and retirement planning. The role includes an internal junior program designed to equip advisors with the skills to eventually support self-employed individuals and SMEs, allowing for a gradual shift toward advising both private and business clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough financial advice to retail clients regarding financing, investments, and retirement planning.
• Develop and grow a personal client base while actively nurturing professional relationships.
• Recommend and apply the company's financial products and services to meet client needs.
• Spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and direct clients to specialists for more complex requests.

Requirements

• Completed banking training along with specialized further education.
• Prior work experience in banking, specifically in financing, investing, and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a goal-oriented and service-focused approach.
• A genuine interest in daily customer interactions and the capacity to quickly identify client needs.
• An established professional network and strong ties to the local region.
