Brand Marketing Intern

Swissquote seeks a Brand Marketing Intern in Gland to support influencer campaigns, social media management, and content creation within a dynamic finance-sector team.

This internship places the candidate directly within the Brand Team at Swissquote, a leading online banking provider. The position is designed to develop creativity, analytical abilities, and project coordination skills while operating in an international, fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee influencer marketing initiatives from concept development through execution, including influencer selection and activation coordination.
• Moderate the Swissquote social media presence by responding to audience interactions and fostering daily community engagement.
• Support Social Media Managers with content scheduling and publishing via internal management tools.
• Produce visual and video assets using Canva and CapCut to aid the social media team.
• Track industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and evaluate effective content formats.
• Participate in vertical video production, potentially appearing on camera.
• Align product and segment promotions (such as Themes Trading and Student-focused offerings) with brand and business goals.
• Facilitate cross-departmental project coordination to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Join creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for brand campaigns and client engagements.
• Help resolve client inquiries promptly, especially during promotional periods, to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform competitive and market research to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams and international offices to ensure smooth marketing execution.

Requirements

• Native French proficiency; advanced English skills are mandatory, with Italian or German considered advantageous.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university marketing program (HEC, HES, or equivalent).
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Self-motivated, creative, and capable of independent work.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with effective information synthesis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

• Prior marketing internship experience.

• Experience with CRM platforms and web analytics tools.
