Host Broadcast Services seeks a Business Analyst Apprentice to support ERP and Back-Office operations within its Platforms & Solutions team in Zug.

This apprenticeship focuses on assisting the Platforms & Solutions team with ERP and Back-Office activities. It is designed for individuals who are organized, service-minded, and eager to learn about the intersection of IT and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio projects under the guidance of the team.
• Offer user assistance for ERP and Back-Office software.
• Manage incidents, issues, and requests for system enhancements.
• Help with data management, integrations, and reporting for ERP systems.
• Track system performance and aid in resolving technical problems.
• Draft and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Guide users in adopting new tools and internal workflows.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• A service-oriented attitude with strong teamwork and consensus-building skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive nature with the ability to work autonomously on follow-ups.

Nice to have

• Interest in Microsoft tools, ERP systems, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL databases, application interfaces, and IT support workflows.
