Responsibilities

• Take charge of a specific workstream to address client challenges.
• Utilize research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to generate insights.
• Create work product-focused materials such as PowerPoint decks, Excel models, or written deliverables.
• Help clients implement transformations and equip them with tools to continue innovating.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with less than 4 years of work experience.
• Excellent organization capabilities to initiate tasks independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local office language(s).
• Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning.
• Exceptional time management in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
• Ability to work or attend meetings outside of traditional business hours.
• Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging.
