Roger Dubuis seeks a Cash Administrator in Villars-sur-Glâne to manage AR-AP transactions, ensure payment accuracy, and support cash application processes within the Richemont Europe Teams.
This fixed-term, full-time position is based in Villars-sur-Glâne as part of the Richemont Europe Teams. The primary objective is to oversee accounts receivable and payable activities with precision, ensuring that financial positions are accurate and that customer satisfaction is maintained through timely transaction handling.
Responsibilities
- Post daily wholesale client payments accurately for RLGE and other service provider entities.
- Reconcile open items against client remittances and credit control directives, flagging any discrepancies for the Credit Controller.
- Adhere strictly to all established policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
- Clarify and reconcile debtor and bank accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Enhance the efficiency and integration of cash application modules and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in cash application and AR processes, focusing on auto-clearing and cycle efficiency.
- Oversee the Swiss staff collection cycle for after-sales services, including dunning and escalation procedures.
- Monitor staff sales deliveries in CH, FR, and UK based on prepayments, and process credit/debit notes for price adjustments.
- Collaborate with Credit Control, clients, and banks to proactively manage and resolve disputes.
- Provide necessary documentation to support Internal Control and external audit requirements.
- Contribute to team projects, share knowledge, and provide backup for AR activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Over two years of finance experience, with a preference for backgrounds in payments and cash operations.
- Proficiency with SAP ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
