The company seeks a Cash Administrator in Villars-sur-Glâne to manage AR-AP transactions, ensure payment accuracy, and support cash application processes. This full-time, fixed-term role requires strong finance skills and fluency in English and French.

The company is looking for a Cash Administrator to handle accounts receivable and payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. The role focuses on maintaining high satisfaction for internal and external customers while supporting continuous improvement in cash application and AR processes. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Villars-sur-Glâne.

Responsibilities

  • Post daily wholesale client payments accurately for RLGE and other service provider entities.
  • Match open items using client remittances and credit control guidance, flag discrepancies, and notify the Credit Controller.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standard business practices to support quality for all customers.
  • Reconcile debtor and bank accounts to resolve any issues.
  • Enhance efficiency and integration across cash application tools such as MT940, FEBAN, QR codes, direct debits, and Matchbox.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cash application and AR workflows, including increasing auto-clearing rates.
  • Oversee the Swiss staff collection cycle for after-sales services, including dunning and escalation procedures.
  • Monitor staff sales deliveries in CH, FR, and UK based on prepayments, and process credit/debit notes for price adjustments in alignment with Maisons.
  • Collaborate with Credit Control, clients, or banks to proactively manage and resolve disputes.
  • Provide documentation to support internal control and external audit requirements.
  • Contribute to team projects, share knowledge, and provide backup for AR activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum of two years of finance experience, with a preference for payments and cash operations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely results.
  • Strong focus on meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and openness to new ideas.
  • Inquisitive mindset with a drive to learn and self-assess.
  • Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Prior experience in payments and cash operations.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
