Batgroup seeks a mid-level Accountant fluent in French and English to manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support the Finance team's growth in Pully, CH.
This position sits within the Finance team and plays a key role in supporting the company's expansion. The primary focus involves handling routine accounting duties while maintaining the precision of all financial records.
Responsibilities
- Keep general ledger entries precise and current.
- Handle the processing of vendor invoices, staff expense claims, and client invoices.
- Conduct routine reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions.
- Help the Finance Manager with monthly and annual closing procedures.
- Support the preparation and submission of Swiss VAT filings.
- Aid in creating monthly financial reports and management summaries.
- Identify opportunities to enhance, automate, and simplify accounting workflows.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, or a CFC d'employé(e) de commerce with a strong accounting focus.
- Demonstrate 3–5 years of professional experience as an Accountant.
- Possess a solid grasp of Swiss accounting principles (Swiss OR).
- Show advanced Excel skills.
- Have practical experience using modern ERP systems or accounting software.
- Be fluent in French and English.
Nice to have
- German language proficiency is a strong asset.
- Experience with BI tools is a plus.
