Batgroup seeks a Finance Manager in Lausanne to handle controlling and accounting duties, ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP and IFRS while supporting the CFO.
This position combines financial controlling with accounting responsibilities within Europe's leading digital platform for home cleaning services. The role focuses on maintaining financial integrity, driving policy implementation, and providing strategic support to the CFO and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Create and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal control mechanisms.
- Monitor internal controls to guarantee adherence to Group standards.
- Analyze and review quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures.
- Manage the annual audit process, ensuring financial reports meet CO and GAAP standards.
- Assist the CFO with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Deploy systems that enhance operational efficiency and control measures.
- Prepare and submit necessary tax returns.
- Offer business partnering support to both local and international teams.
Requirements
- Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting and finance management roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting ERPs like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Fluency in English and a good command of German.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in controlling is highly valued.
- Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
- Background in startup or scaleup environments is beneficial.
