Roger Dubuis seeks a Credit Controller in Villars-sur-Glâne to manage wholesale accounts, mitigate risk, and ensure efficient AR operations within the Richemont group.

Reporting to the Regional AP & AR Manager, this position oversees credit-related activities and administrative duties for the Richemont wholesale business. The role involves managing approximately 400 accounts across various Maisons, countries, and channels, ensuring that credit processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer portfolios in accordance with company credit policies and best practices.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and contact customers with overdue balances.
  • Monitor credit exposure and limits, assign risk classes, and manage order releases or blocks.
  • Process reminders, customer statements, remittances, and adjust customer master data.
  • Track debtor accounts, updating SAP with aging balances, actions, and payment promises.
  • Reconcile debtor accounts, handling clearings, refunds, disputes, and sales deductions.
  • Coordinate with brands or relevant departments to resolve customer disputes.
  • Understand and follow internal processes for department stores.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including invoice copies and account history reviews.
  • Calculate bad debt provisions, apply Group rules, and maintain strict documentation.
  • Adhere to audit requirements, AR controls, and company processes.
  • Align with cross-functional teams, including Maisons, cash allocation, master data, accounting, controlling, and AP.
  • Provide metrics, dashboards, and explanations for AR KPI trends.
  • Collaborate with SAP support teams and regional Key Users to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French and English with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Action-oriented, autonomous, and service-focused mindset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of a third language.
