This position is part of a global team responsible for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely invoice collection and enforcing credit policy rules. The role also involves managing customer credit limits and fostering positive communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Manage and adjust customer credit limits
- Maintain clear and constructive communication with clients
- Ensure the reliability and sustainability of Power BI dashboards and other reports
- Develop new reporting systems using artificial intelligence
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in credit control
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency
- Proven background in using Power BI

- Experience with AI tools or derivatives
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Capacity to work independently when required
