Children First GmbH seeks a Communications and Marketing Intern in Zürich to support digital and print campaigns, social media strategy, and event coordination.
The company is looking for a creative and energetic individual to help drive communication projects from start to finish. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual assets and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including the website, social platforms, brochures, press releases, and ads.
- Create specific communication materials for both online and print distribution.
- Manage content for social media accounts and help organize cross-platform strategies.
- Identify opportunities to engage key customers at relevant stages of their journey.
- Conduct research on competitors and current industry trends.
- Capture and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Monitor and adhere to allocated budgets for marketing activities.
- Execute social media strategies as directed.
- Update and maintain the internal Marketing Manual.
- Provide support for the coordination and promotion of the Global Book Fair in May 2025.
Requirements
- Recently completed studies or qualification in communications, marketing, or business.
- Experience working within small businesses (KMU) or small team environments.
- Proven ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new information quickly.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in content creation, even if not in a professional setting.
