Content Lead

Omnilex seeks a Senior Content Lead in Zürich to shape editorial strategy, manage creative production, and scale content systems for its AI-native legal platform.

Omnilex is developing one of Europe's pioneering AI-driven law firms, leveraging a proprietary platform to serve legal professionals across Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. This position requires a strategic builder who will oversee content operations, direct creative teams, and establish scalable systems that integrate with the company's AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall editorial and creative direction.
• Oversee the complete content workflow, including topic selection, creative production, editing, publishing, distribution, repurposing, and performance measurement.
• Produce advertising creatives at scale by recruiting and managing filmers, creators, and external contractors.
• Develop reusable content frameworks that enable AI tools to learn and improve over time.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as rankings, impressions, clicks, engagement, and lead generation to assess content impact.
• Stay informed about trends in content, AI, and B2B distribution to recommend strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating published work.
• Clear perspectives on effective B2B content standards for the near future.
• Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Strong visual sensibility and refined aesthetic judgment.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Valid Swiss work authorization or EU/EFTA citizenship.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of how content influences pipeline growth.
• Experience managing filmers, creators, and contractors to produce high-volume ad creatives.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to streamline production and build content systems.
• Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn, YouTube, GA4, and SEO tools, along with the analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Background in startups, content studios, or agencies serving B2B clients.
