German Social Media and AI Content Specialist - Relocate to Greece

Responsibilities

• Review trending content, stories, and comments on major platforms to identify violations and gather data to teach machine learning and AI.
• Investigate and review user reports within multiplayer virtual worlds to ensure safe and respectful interactions.
• Check ads and review video promotions to ensure compliance with international policy and protect intellectual property rights.
• Help creators and businesses via chat and email with account access, blocking, or payment queries.

Requirements

• Native or C1-level fluency in German.
• A solid B2 to C1 level of English.
• Understanding of internet slang, memes, idioms, and modern digital trends.
• A typing speed of 30+ WPM with 85%+ accuracy.
• Adaptable, open to rotating shifts, and possess the emotional maturity to handle mild to sensitive online content professionally.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or gaming support.
