This role is for a German-speaking Customer Expert to join an international hub in Athens, Greece, representing a leading American technology brand. The position supports the brand’s online store, focusing on delivering a premium experience to German-speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with German-speaking customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email to ensure a high-quality service experience.
- Support customers throughout the purchasing process by using a structured approach to identify needs and assist in closing sales.
- Manage post-purchase issues such as returns, cancellations, and delivery problems via e-commerce channels.
- Complete mandatory cross-training after 30 days to become proficient in both sales and service inquiries.
Requirements
- Native fluency or C1-level proficiency in German.
- B2-level English language skills.
- Strong familiarity with personal computers and experience using MS Office.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with 80% accuracy.
- No prior professional experience is necessary.
- Ability to communicate positively when addressing customer complaints.
